If I understood as from the A8 nationals I have to work for 12 months to have the residence document, until I dont get it I don't have the full right of residence.
Can you please help me what happens if I'm pregnant and I have to take 4 months break of work in the first year because the baby?
1. The health insurance gonna pay the birth or I have to afford it from my pocket?
2. After that I have to start working again the 12 months to have the residence document?
3. My husbund who is non EU member gonna lose his right to work because I don't practice my treaty rights during these 4 months?
