Merely having sired offspring is not a conclusive indication of a Genuine and Subsisting Relationship. Leaving aside the children, what is the extent of their own interpersonal relationship? (don't answer that, I'm merely saying what is being asked by the requirements).

It's self-explanatory. I could not put it in clearer text.
