Delay in processing of Tier 2 ICT (Short Term)

Is VISA processing taking more time in Oct/Nov 2012 months. I have applied for Tier 2 (ICT - Short Term) in last week of October. I have included dependent in my application. ~3 weeks still no updates.

Is it correct that it should not take more than 2 weeks for ICT - Short Terms from A-Rated employeer?

Any updates will be appreciated.

I had seen the expected timelines from the link mentioned by you. Since mine is taking longer time hence wanted to check if its taking because of festive season in India.

Indeed it was slower in Oct/Nov. I got my VISA now.
