ILR eligibility

My visa will expire on 08 FEB 2013

Entry Clearance : 08 FEB 2008
Arrive UK : 28 FEB 2008 (20 days later)

I think that I am eligible to apply from 11 JAN 2013 onward. Is this correct? could anyone plesase confirm me, please?

On what visa did you enter the UK??

If it's Tier 1, you will be eligible and the below document explains the criteria in more detail.

Hi Balu_sw,

I entered as HSMP (feb 2008) and extend as Tier 1 (general) - (feb-2010).
