Can I visit UK before my application is processed?

Can I visit UK before my application is processed?

I've got the vistor VISA of UK, and I know that I can't apply the HSMP inside UK. So I'll submit the HSMP application this week in my residential country.

What I want to know is that can I visit UK after the submistion and before my application is processed?

A visitor visa gives you the right to enter the UK for the purpose stated when the visa is being issued.
The application you sent does not change this. Do you have any particular reason to believe that you might have problems? If not then you should be ok.
However you should have a number on your visa stating the maximum stay in days.
You better do not stay more days than this number advises.
