Hello everybody. Can I apply for EU 3 six month before my EUFAM4 expire or I have to wait until it’s expire?

you can apply six months before it expires.

can i apply also for Citizenship after 4 years and half of Irish Residency?

for citizenship you have to complete 5 years and the last year has to be continuous without any gaps.
