Entrepreneur Team 50k accessible fund

Hi, Please advise whether my mother can provide the legal authorization to access the 50k funds to my 2nd partner in the business.
Question1: If my mother gives the third party authorization to me can i use the same document in the Entrepreneur team application or else I need to get the authorization from my mother saying the funds can be used to the business purpose in UK which is starting by my son and his 2nd partner of the business??
