VFS/BHC Chennai contacts

Hi All,

I applied for my wife's Tier 1 dependent visa on 2nd November. It has been three weeks and i am still waiting for the decision. Status still says application is under process.
Should i wait for few more weeks/days before contacting VFS/BHC Chennai?
Does any one know how to contact them?

Status changed today to Process completed and passport to be collected.

Do anyone know the contact of the chennai BHC. THeir usual email is bouncing. I applied for my wifes depedent visa on Nov 16th and its 20 working days and still no reply
