Appointment confusion - booked 2 appointments

Hi All,

I have booked appointment for 24 December and it is shown in online UKBA website. Today when i was checking my mails, I saw that there is another appointment booked for me for 6th Dec in Birmingham.

This might have been booked when i use to try on few mid nights but never got to the final success page but later got mail from UKBA.

When i called up UKBA they have my booking for 6th December but when i check online it shows 24th Dec.

I am confused, can i book 2 appointments through 1 login?

Also, will the email print be enough for the appointment as online 6th Dec is not shown.

It appears that you have uncovered a defect in the system (outside of the many technical issues we have seen so far), as the booking system currently doesn't allow a single applicant to book more than one appointment.

Did you receive an email confirmation for the appointment on December 6th, i.e. the booking that the UKBA confirmed for you over the phone? If so I'd take that one to be confirmed & use the email as proof of booking (which is what I believe the email says) on the day.

What did the UKBA say when you said that you can only see the December 24th booking when you login online? Or did you not question this?

Yes i have recieved booking confirmation mail.

She said you can't book 2 appointments. I told her i will realise 1 as its only today i realised i have 2 appointments.


Please advice should i release one now or wait till 6th dec. Ideally will prefer to hold it but don't want UKBA to get upset on this
