hello i have a problem i made an application for a residence card on the basis of eea national partner which was refused because my marriage was not legally valid... before my application came back me and my eea partner has split up anyway and i started seeing someone else who is a british national ... now we are trying to get married beacuse she is pregnant. but here is the problem . .how can i give notice without my passport because the home office has got my passport .. pls i need advice on this pls .. thanks
