EEA3 permanent residence - Implications for EEA2 application

Post by epoh » Tue Nov 20, 2012 12:17 pm

Hi All,

I received my permanent residence as EEA national. My partner is going to apply for a residence card as family member of an EEA national.

For my understanding, given that I now have an EEA3 permanent residence, I do not need to show that I am exercising treaty rights.

Hence, what shall we submit in support of my partner's EEA2 application, apart from our passports and the EEA3 document?

Thanks for your help

I suspect your ID, evidence of your PR, your marriage certificate and your wife's passport should suffice.
