Can some please tell me which option i should select while applying for premium service for my ILR. SET (M) OR SET (O) or SET (F)

Depends on your current visa type.

i have got Tier1 now. and i 'll be completing my 5years in Jan 2013

Then depends on the Form you will be using.

Normally, for someone in your situation, it is Set O.
