320(7B) help ??

I was been removed from uk and they give me a letter says in future i will not refused under paragraph 320(7B)
now my fiancée is trying to bring me back to uk under depend visa
now am wondering if i apply is there any chance to get rejection ?
they didnt told me that i got ban or not but airport immigration officer told me there is no ban for spouse visa under 320(7b)

That ban will not apply to a settlement application but they may be other discretionary refusals that can prevent a visa being issued. It would depend entirely on your immigration history and what activities you were engaged in that may have aggravated the breach of UK immigration law.

It says in future will not refused under 320(7B)
I was being removed for submitting. False document for tier 1 visa and my partner is eu citizen
Now am looking to apply for EEA family permit from her country (Poland)

If you have EU parter, you dont have to worry about 320 at all.
