Tier 1 to tier 2, restricted or unrestricted COS ??

I am currently in tier 1 general visa & my employer has agreed to sponsor me for tier 2 visa.Would i be allocated a restricted COS or unrestricted COS.What is the difference between the two ?

Can someone please answer this.

Unrestricted, if you wish to switch. Restricted if you wish to apply from outside the UK.

Thanks sushdmehta for the response. Is it fine to apply for a restricted COS, please note i have completed the market test ?
