How much income

Hi Experts,
I am on Tier1 and my ILR due on in next couple of months, I need to show 30k as my annual income , In my last 5 years , 2 years my income was under 30k. But last 2 years it was over 30k , Is that be a problem??? In my p60s it clearly show that....any help

You need to score income points from a continuous 12 month period taken from the 15 month period immediately prior to the date of application. Anything that falls outside that 15 month window will not be relevant or considered.

Thanks for ur prompt reply.....But i have been told i will be asked last 5 years p60's..in which couple of them are showing my income is very low, But my last 1 year income is good...Will case worker ask me why my income was very less for those particular years???
