I want to register With HMRC as self employed.
Can you please answer the following questions:
1. How much time will it take to get the documents once registered?
2. or If I am registering today, Will the documents required to apply for Tier 1 Enterpreneur Visa will be available by the end of the next week?

In short its better if you register a company. it will be quick and easy.

It is very unlikely you'll able to obtain any documents from HMRC by end of the week, no matter which route you take, whether Self-Employed or Limited Company.

Normally, it takes around 10 working days to receive any kind of information from HMRC from the date of registering a company.
