iam two months short of 5 year requirement,can i still apply

Hi ,i have ILE settlement visa,i have been in the country now 4years and 10 months ,can i still apply for naturalisation as i have been reading the chapter 18 annex document where a certain amount of time can be waivered. I have also never travelled out since i came to the country . Thanks

The requirement to have been physically present in the UK exactly 5 years before the application is received by the HO can't be waived. Unless you can meet that somehow, you will need to wait for another two months.
