Annual package (12months) is not matched with monthly salary

Hi All,
I am having PEO by Dec and I am a full time & permanent employ , also i am currently getting £ 33k per annum.

But I have to be in £ 35K bandwidth to do my extension, so I have got £ 2k bonus from my employer by last month (October) to have £ 35K in total (for 12 months period).

My Query is:

While getting letter from my employer, it says like.

“Currently his annual package is £33,000 and for the last 12 months, he got gross salary as £ 35,000 (including bonus £2000)"

Is that a problem? I mean current monthly package (33,000 /12) should match with the total annual package £35,000.

Or i have to get any other specific format from my employer??

as long as 2000GBP shown in payslip, in 12 months range. and you paid Tax on it. then it should be fine.

The £ 2000 is listed as Bonus in a separate payslip with proper Tax deduction.

I would like to ask one more query for you.

Hope your answer, will sort out my clarification & make me in cool state.

When my wife applied for the Tier 1 General (Initial), she applied with her original name (ABC DEF) . After sometime, she changed her surname to mine (ABC XYZ) & got new passport as well (Note: but the Tier-1 Visa is present in Old Passport) ,

Now we both are going to apply for Tier-1 Extension at the same Time, with her old & new password.

Now my query is:

1) will this cause any problem during our Tier 1 extn?
2) should I use Change of circumstance form to notify the her surname changes to UKBA, before going for extn?
3) If i show my Marriage certification during extn ,then no problem will occur?
