end client invoices for TIER 1 EXTENSION ?

Hi,

We have a PEO appointment in Jan 2013, ia for TIER 1 GENERAL EXTENSION. Main applicant is my husband , applying as Employed+Self Employed.


My query is do we need to submit end client Invoices with the application, or the Invoice summary from the accountant , along with other evidences is sufficient ?

Anyone with idea, could you please guide.
