25years old advice pleas

Please i need advise from you people, I am married to EU national and we both have permanent residence, my problem is that I have 25years old son back in Africa who just compete his uni and I will like him to and join us in uk. Am seeking for advice about the best way for him to come and join us.

Yes he depend on me and spouse we I pay his school fees, food and up keeping, his my son
