Tier-1 Entrepreneur on basis of PSW 50k route...Some Advise

Hi,
I am applying for Tier-1 Entrepreneur on basis of PSW. I have 50k in my personal UK bank and my company is not more than 90 days old. I have prepared following checklist for application.

1. Tier 1 Application Form along with Dependent Application form.
2. Two Picture mine and dependent.
3. Passports mine and dependent.
4. Personal Bank statements (I have shown £55,000- in UK personal Bank Account , also same account for maintenance for me and my dependent)
5. My Company Documents (Company house certificate, Director Appointment Letter from my company accountant. / Letter stating I am Company's Director, Article and Memorandum)
6. Copies of my Company's advertisement of Websites
7. Job Description on my company's Letterhead stating SOC code/ Job Title and Description which is on of UKBA code of practice list.
8. My Master's degree and University Transcript.
9. My Solicitor attached covering letter.

Please suggest me suggest me is there anything missing in above list.

Also help me about following question which are in my mind.

1. Do I need letter from bank about funds or just my personal bank statement is enough showing ending balance of 55k £.
2. How to explain to case worker about Funds and maintenance is in same account. Is there any need to attached cover letter for that?
3. Is there any Business Plan requirement?
4. Is there any contract requirement?
5. Also confirm me (£900 me + £600 dependent) maintenance funds?
6. If I am company director still I need to show register as self-employed?

To me everythings seems OK other than that you have attached any contract for your work to show active engagement in the work you are doing.

No business plan or self employment is needed.

I will definitely attach an explanation letter for maintainance and investment funds to make it clear for the case worker that maintainance funds (900 for main app. + 600 per dependant) are in the account for more than 90 days as required from UKBA.

Again, better to put some more effort on marketing/advertisement side of the company. e.g. company website even 3-4 pages, some contract for previous or ongoing work etc.....

Also suggest me one more thing I am currently appointed as Director in 4 companies and it is showing in director appointment report got from companies house.

Honestly, this is very technical. Cannot give any comments.

Logically, if you are director in 4 companies and all of them doing Level 4 or above business and same is your post, so it should be OK.

Better wait for some more suggestions from experts.

Hi,

I have applied for Tier 1 (Ent) .....

I have some question about UKBA quries.

1) If I had representative, So Still UKBA contact me about query ?
2) If they call do they call from "Blocked" number?
3) If I missed their call and no voice mail left then what happen?
