This is to certify that Mr/Mrs?Miss___________ is holding saving certificates/fixed deposit with our branch under title “__________” since 23-02-2011.

The above saving certificates/fixed deposit account has a credit balance of PKR/£/Indian Rupees________________ as on 28th Novermber 2012.

These funds of £_______________ have been held with us for a consecutive 90 days period.

The above-mentioned funds can be withdrawn, cashed and used anytime by account holder.

This letter is issued on the request of the customer without recourse to bank or its any employee.
