Post by disdil4u » Sat Feb 03, 2007 10:14 am

Hello all

I have just received letter and all my docs from HSMP team this morning

I got two letter from HSMP Team, One says that my HSMP has been Approved and other says it has been refused due to English Language Requirement.

Can any body has any idea???????

To all who received their approval letter, can you advise me what type of letter you received from HO?

I got one Colour Headed Letter on which it says that " HSMP Approve" dated 01/02/2007 and one Black & White copy which gives me my points scoring ( 75 out of 80) but it says that This application has been refused due to not English requirement which prited on 24/01/2007

Can you one know which letter is valid and how can i know it has been approval or it has been refused?

Your help need urgently..............

Thanks

HI guyz,

Finally I got my documents with REJECTION and Iam trying to reapply. The big question for me is with Tax returns .

So far Iam not sure which is the check box in the form to be selected .

Our financial year in Swiss ends in Dec. I got the letter from Employer stating my previous year earning and deductions. I hope this is P60 like in UK. How ever I would like to include my Jan and feb earnings too to complete 12 period from the same company .

In that case I donot have P60 for those 2 months. However I have wage slips and can get letter from employer.

In such case what is the right check box to be selected ? Pls advise .

There was one gentle man from India applied like this and approved. Unfortunatly I could not found his posting.

Pls help me urgently .

Blues,

So sorry to hear your rejection!

Firstly, you should also have IT return from some govt authority, not only the letter by company - please attach company letter + IT return.

Please tic the box that you are submitting the IT return and wage slips.
Also, declare the exceptional case, write that your income tax year runs from jan to dec, hence you are able to provide the tax return for that period only. Clearly state what you are providing as an alternate evidence.

All the best.

Please include the following for the Earnings requirements...
1] payslips for 12 months
2] letter from the employer stating the gross earned in 12 months
3] Income Tax Returns from the government authority .
4] Tax computation sheet from the organinsation if possible.

Let me remind you IT returns is a must as the case gets weekened without it ...

All the best mate .....

Hi akumar,

I did send my review application on 24-Jan, and I checked with the HSMP team last friday, they said is still under consideration by the review team.

However, I am not so hopeful and have appeared the IELTS, so I will apply again once I get the result.

Hi All,

I just phoned to ask about a status update on my application. They said that the reference number I received for my application was incorrect (unless I had changed nationality and gender :D). My ACTUAL ref # is 206xxx.

Anyway, it is apparently now with a caseworker. I gather I should get a decision one way or another soon then. I'll keep you all posted on the result.

Thanks,

forum member,
The issue about which ref number is been treated is out of place, my number was 2009xx, i submitted my application in 7-12-2006 last year and got approved 15-12-2006 and recieved mail back on the 29-01-2007. My was outside the U.K, the point here is that each case is handled diffrently a striaghtforward application will take less time while another may take longer depending on the circumstance of the applicant. ref number is not a determinant of when an application will be returned but the circumstance rounding the claim of an applicant.
