ILF for depandent

Can somebody give guidance about ILR depandent visa?

I had ILR last year (Dec 2011), My wife joined Dec 2010 and we are living together since 2010. I belive my wife ready to apply ILR visa.

Could you please guide us what type of application need?
How much we need maintance fund need to show? (2 adults + 1 child)?

Can i apply ILR depandent visa next year Feb 2013?

Please note that I am holiding ILR visa at the moement.
