Hi Everyone

I just need to ask hopefully a simple question requiring a simple answer which would put my mind at ease once for all.

I am British and my wife is Pakistani and is here in the UK on a settlement visa. We had a child recently - I presume my child is automatically considered Britsh and hence does not need to apply along with my wife for ILR.

I want to clarify this as I have booked a PEO appointment for my wife with no dependents.

Yeah the child is automatic british citizen.
