Hi

Can you please let me know if I apply for spouse and child,does each of them should book separate appointment in the visa4uk website.I can see the drop down option as partner and child when filling the form .Should I fill the form by selecting as partner and then to fill for for child as a separate application?

In that case should I send separate set of documents for each applicant or single set of doc is enough for both spouse and child?

A single set of originals but you should make a copy of everything for each application. You won't be providing much beyond Proof of your residence permit, BCs, Bank statement, marriage cert. and accommodation, so it's not much to do.
