Appeal has been granted - now what???

I had to make an appeal because I sent a wrong form (I'm in UK). My appeals has, of course, been granted as it was just an honest mistake, but that was few weeks ago, and I don't know how long will it take for the UKBA to sort my application out? Does anybody know how long these things take?

I don't think there is a timescale for HO to issue visa once appeal is allowed. My appeal was allowed on 19th October and still waiting but mine was allowed on article 8 basis.

I really hope you get it sooner.

I meet the requirements of Paragraph 284. Basically, I entered civil partnership, and of course had to apply for extension of stay, probationary period. But unfortunately, I have sent the wrong form, the one for indefinite leave to remain, rather than leave to remain.

Of course, my application has been rejected, but I have appealed and it was obviously granted as it was just an honest silly mistake.

So I was just wondering how long will I have to wait for the UKBA to sort things out. I don't know what's next, what to do, can't contact UKBA as usual etc.

I see. Oh God, more waiting. This is getting ridiculous. I was waiting for over 7 months for the UKBA to reach a decision, and now this...such waste of time considering my country will join EU next year, so all this will have been irrelevant.
