Tier 1 (General) - Document (myself + 2 Dependents)

Hello Everyone,

I am currently on Tier 1 (General), posted my first Tier1 application (myself + wife) on 30th March 2010.
I am planning to apply for my Tier 1 extension in Feb 1st week 2013 for myself and two dependents (wife + son (15 months)).
Below is the list of documents I am planning to submit along with duly signed forms, kindly let me know if I am missing anything.

Main Applicant (myself)
- Passport (original + photocopy)
- Photos (2 in number)
- 12 months bank statement (original + photocopy) - Income proof.
- 12 month attested salary slips (original + photocopy) - income proof.
- P60 - Income proof
- 6 months HSBC flexi account bank statement ( £ 900 + £1800 + £1800) as Maintenance proof.
- Education masters degree (original + photocopy)
- NI number (original + photocopy)
- Previous visa approval letter
- Do I need to provide anything as residence proof (such as rental agreement or utility bill)????

Dependent Applicant (my wife)
- Passport (original + photocopy)
- Photos (2 in number)
- Marriage certificate (original + photocopy)
- NI number (original + photocopy)
- Previous visa approval letter

Dependent Applicant (my son)
- Passport (original + photocopy)
- Birth certificate (original + photocopy)
- Photos (2 in number)

Please could you have a look at the above list and let me know if I need anything extra?

Hi
For the Main Applicant, you can also have Employer letter to proof ur current status in uk.

Also for safer side, you can have ur wife name on any of ur utility bills or council Tax or Bank statement to proof that, your wife is staying with you in UK( But its not mandatory)

I am working for the current employer for last 15 months, whether
I have to provide evidence for last 3 years for claiming UK experience ?

Also, previous approval letter required ? If yes, what document it's ?

You don't need to send in a copy of your master's degree, unless you got this subsequently and haven't used it in a previous application.

You don't need to send a copy of NI number (NI card?)

You don't need proof of residence.

You also don't need a letter from your employer.

Don't submit documents that are not required - you are simply making the process slower for others, some poor person actually has to look through everything and if they don't need you NI number, then what are they going to do with it?

Also, for UK experience, your payslips and bank statements are enough proof.

Sorry may not be helping, but I am right now about to send documents for similar case. I am ready with my set but did not anywhere find a need to send the copies of passport and other documents. All I am sending is: -

1. Original Passports (self and dependents).
2. Filled forms (self and dependents).
3. Original bank statements.
4. Attested Salary slips.
5. Previous UKBA approval copy.
6. Photos.
7. Self assessment print.

Please suggest if you know a place where it mentiones to send the photocopies of passport, bank statements etc...

There isnt a need to send photocopies for postal application. It's only when you have a PEO appointment the photocopies are needed
