Question regarding stamp on payslips

Post by hsmp07 » Mon Feb 05, 2007 7:54 pm

I have the last 12 months payslips printed on normal A4 paper. The format of the payslips contains the company's name in the header and its address in the footer. I also have got them signed and stamped by the employer. The stamp however only has the name of the company (no address and no logo). Do you think this will cause any problem. Is logo and address on stamp necessary?? Waiting for your response.
Thanx

As long as it is stamped and signed, you are 100% safe. Dont worry about any logos ( 99% of the stamps dont have logos, they are usuallyl pure text).

I agree with webhunter......

The authorised stamp and signature from the organisation is sufficent.....

Also you said its on the letter head ... So no worries ...

It should be verifyable if the HSMP team wish to do so ....
