Hello all, does anyone have an idea what will be required by UKBA from a team of 2 forming a business, with one party a national and the other a foreigner?

For the purpose of Tier 1 (Ent), teams are comprised of two people seeking leave to enter or remain in the UK in that particular immigration category. If your business partner does not require leave to enter or remain in the UK as Tier 1 migrant then you are left with your individual application using the capital of a third party.
