T2 - Dependent Visa Question

Hi. I have a question regarding my fiance that is applying for a dependent visa. I'm currently in the process of obtaining my T2-ICT visa. From my understanding, UK provides universal healthcare and when looking at the guidance "Partners of relevant points-based system migrants, 319D. Period and conditions of grant" it states that as a condition to remain" there is no recourse to public funds. Can someone please clarify? Does that mean that we will have to find our own health care insurance?

If she is granted the visa she will have access to the NHS. When do you intend to marry; fiancees are not eligible for dependant leave?

Is this a rule change? I was under the impression that since we have been living together for the past four years that she could apply as a partner dependent.

No rule change, just more relevant information from you that was previously not mentioned. People who have been living together for four years normally don't call each other fiance or fiancee.
