Hi Babajee85,

I have an appointment tomorrow as well, been looking out for the new form and guidance, but nothing has come up yet on the site.

Which PEO are you applying at?

I don't see a new SET(O) form or guidance published yet, but they have published new Statement of Changes today (12th Dec 2012):

Thanks cs95tdg.

I am not so good at reading such official communication, but at first glance I could not notice anything which might affect my application tmorrow.

So hopefully things will go well. Thanks for bringing this to my notice and that of others in the same boat.
