Mine is Out-Country Application(India).
My case was rejected based on the reason" TAX Returns provided was not Original", inspite of i provided Original Saral form. Could you please help me how can i prove to it is original Saral????

Try get another original copy of form16 from emplyer. Which they probably might not give. Better wait till may/june and aply immidetly. Even in worst case your form16 is lost in application transaction. You can always get new one with FIR report

I would like to bring this to your attention that the saral form that you obtain post filing a tax comes with a stamp from the IT department, mentioning the date of tax filing. However no one signs that document. Others please correct me if I am wrong. I hope HO accepts the documents in that format.

It is not known wether HO accepts original saral as genuine document for tax return.

As far as i know from this boards , i dont see anyone confirming that saral has been considered as document for tax return.
