LLR using (Job & Own CO) & ILR using only JOBS, righ

Hi Gurus,

I got my HSMP Ext in JAN 2009 using Salary (JOB) and Dividends (Own CO) because my salary from my JOB was not meeting requirements for required points.

I still have that CO though i had not really done any business using my CO since last couple of years!

I am going for ILR in JAN 2013 and have earned more than enough salary using my JOBs to claim earning points.

I am wondering, Will case worker ask about my CO and related documents (HMRC tax returns or CO House Docs) because I used it for Extension???
