Ombudsman Recommendation to file UKBA complains

Hello,

Can someone recommend me a good ombudsman /watchdog where I can make complain about UKBA's unprofessional attitude and taking applicants for granted even while charging them thousands of pounds in fees.

I want to complain about there stupid approach for booking PEO appointments. Seriously they increased the fee from £1500 to £1800 in name of providing better service and can't upgrade their approach of booking appointments which can a simple issue.

Its been 10 consecutive days and I haven't been able to find a single appointment, what kind of a premium service this is? if this is their way of treating premium applicants, I can't imagine what it would be like for people going through normal service.They should taken into the court of law for providing such substandard service against such fees.
