country of issue

country of issue

Guys,
I Am little bit confused here and its a silly question...

on the form,there is a country of issue of the passport...
The form says "Country of issue This is the country in which the passport/travel document was issued. It is often found on the same page as the photograph."

I have got a new passport by applying at the indian mission at london...The place of issue says London..

So what do i write here..United Kingdom or India..
