Return of spouse passport FLR(M)

Hello all,

I cannot seem to find an answer to my question. Though simple, I cannot be sure.

How do I request my wifes passport and BRP back from UKBA?

I am the main applicant and applied on form FLR(M) as her dependent. She has ILR.

Should she simply use this form;
