Hi All,

I recently got my ILR under tier2 ICT category.
My wife came to UK on tier2 ICT dependent in May 2011 and her visa is valid till Oct 2014. She will be eligible for ILR in May 2013.

Does her current visa became invalid as I got ILR ?
Do we need to apply for FLR(M) for her or can we wait on her current visa (tier 2 dependent) till May 2013 to apply for her ILR ?
