Post by Thrallvice » Tue Sep 25, 2012 1:22 pm

i'M FILLING UP THE FINANCIAL REQUIREMENT FORM AND ON PART 1.28 IT ASKS
IS YOUR SPONSOR RESPONSIBLE FOR SUPPORTING ANYONE FINANCIALLY, INCLUDING ANY CHILDREN?

IT ALSO ASKS HOW MUCH IS SPENT PER MONTH. IS £50-£100 ACCEPTABLE?

MY WIFE DON'T KNOW EXACTLY HOW MUCH HE SPEND MONTHLY FOR OUR CHILD.

There are many UK visa forms, so people will not be able to help you unless you clearly state which visa form are you referring to.

And, please don't shout.

Has your British spouse lived in any EEA country (other than UK) since becoming British? What was his/her nationality before becoming British?

You are not eligible for EEA family permit.

Hi there, good day. If by any means my application will be denied, how long is the span of time for appeal application? I mean if I applied for a visa this October and received a notification from the immigration afterwards that my application is denied, until when am I required to do an appeal (how many weeks?) thanks a lot

English requirement

Post by Thrallvice » Mon Dec 17, 2012 2:50 pm

As stated in the UKBA website on applying Visa from outside UK, meeting the English requirement section that their are two ways to meet the requirement. First is by taking the examination (which is through the British Council IELTS Training and Examination) and by meeting thee requirements to be exempted. It states their that a person can be exempted if he holds and present a proof that he/she is a holder of a degree taught in English.

The case is, I had an appointment with the VFS Philippines Private Inc. last December 15, 2012 at 8:00 am in their office at 6th floor, Eco Plaza building Unit 606, 2305 Chino Roces Avenue Extension, Makati City with my reference number 001249657587. I presented my certification and Original Transcript of Records from my School as a proof that I am a graduate of BS Computer Science with which I believe that qualifies me to be exempted from the Examination. But upon presenting my documents to a VFS agent, she said that I still have to take the Examination before the VFS Philippines accepts my papers.

What am I supposed to do? Is this some sort of discrimination?
