Gross Dividend or Net Dividend

Hi,

I have limited company registered with Companies house and i am 100% shareholder for that company. I take my monthly salary and Dividends from my company operations.

My simple Query is regarding Dividends:

What combination one need to show the Earning while applying for Tier 1 Extension and the logic / Reason behind it?

1. Gross Dividend + Gross Income
2. Net Dividend + Gross Income
