My question is :
1.Dose the salary eligible to switch from psw to tire 2 visa ?
2. if not what should i do?

I think if you are a graduate developer you have to make 22.5K or something.. But for System developer its about 37K and web designer its 26K. If not you will be refused. Do note there is a difference between a web developer and a designer.

Maybe I'm wrong but do cross check with SOC.
In three words I can sum up everything I've learned about life: it goes on :)

Thanks madona587.

If i withdraw my application now, will there be any problem? can i be refunded the fee.

Can i get the new COS ticket and re-apply it - will this be the good idea.

also, you cant be "new graduate" or be employed as "grad. developer" if you have been working for more than 6 months in a similar role AND/OR your degree was awarded more than 12 months ago!

I dont think you can get your fees refunded

Getting the new COS is your ONLY option really. talk to your employer about getting a new COS which satisfies ALL the requirements
