SAR - Subject Access Request - Filling Help

Hi Folks,

I am filling SAR form to get all my information held by home office. and i dont understand section 6, first 2 lines of page 3 can any one help.

which says
Specific data/records only. Please explain in the Further Details box ?
Specific dates only. Please state ?

If you need the data in specific dates or any data specifically you need then you need to specify there.(eg. from Jan 2005 to Jan 2012). I think if you just tick "All data held by the UK Border Agency" then you will get everything held by UKBA.
