Average timeline for dependant visa

Is there an average timeline for recieving results on dependant visa applied in India. The dependant has been in Uk for last 4 years but has to go back to India for switching to dependant route. So the UKBa and VFS would already have her records.
Is there any difference? Is it better at Delhi VFS centre than others?
