EEA Family Permit under the Zambrano Judgement

Hi all,

Hope someone can help me!
I just want some clarification regarding the zambrano judgement. I am a visa national and a single parent/mother of a 3 years old british citizen child, we are outside the uk right now, we left uk when he was just 1 year old due to a compassionate circumstances that had happened. Now, I decided to go back to uk with my son, is it impossible for me to apply for eea family permit under the zambrano judgement? or maybe in any other visa category that suit in my case, but i dont have any idea.
