LLB LAW DEGREE FROM INDIA OK ?

IF A SPOUSAL APPLICANT has a degree in LLB law from India is that ok and does it meet the criteria to avoid Eng test. (ie equivilent of a BA )

has anyone else got exemption because of LLB law degree from India ?

has anyone had to go to NARIC to get it equated ?
