spouse visa refused..

My husband spouse visa was refused today after waiting for 5 and a half months.
The reason they gave was he didnt sumbit his certificate for speaking test and also this was written:

'...you have sent a nunber of telephone calling logs and some facebook screen prints but these do not demonstrate you are maintaining a meaningful relationship now or have been since november 2011 when you last saw your wife. I have also noted that your wife has not return to pakistan to see you nor have you made any application to travel to the uk to visit her or settle in light of the above given the fact that you appear to have little or no contact with your spouse and have not seem him since your wedding means that i am bot satiafied you intend to live permanently wirh your spouse..'

I am devastated. I didnt go back to pakistan as i was pregnant but i did travel thete last month for 2 weeks not long as i had to come back for my babys injections.
I dont know what to do, in bits right now.
Any help/info on where to go from here would be appreciated

You have not actually said if he passed an approved English test.

City and guilds is the company name and yes he passed the tests got the certificate in his house at it arrived late but the office printed something else out and stamped it as proof to show he did pass the speaking test but i guess they wanted to see the certificate.

They want to see certificate,nothing else will do.That is the least of your problem, but the latter one is more serious and is going to be difficult to prove what your intentions are

Send them screen shots of all contacts, receipts from your visit, I even took screen shots of received calls! Get our decision on thurs next week......can I ask did your hubby get all his supporting documents back or did they keep them all? Good luck it's so hard being apart

Hubbya certificate
Mine and babys passport where the visa was stamped for us going pakistan
Our tickets
Pics from our visit
I have more facebook screenshots from this year

What else can i include? My simcard i cant get a statement for it as im on giffgaff network i only have my bank statements for whenever i topped up my mobile

I think you would have to include the fact that you were pregnant and therefore could not travel anyway.. It seems your decision by the officer was based on a number of things but you should be able to appeal. Goodluck!

if you have a phone where u can take a photo of your screen to show recieved calls i did that

btw did they give your hubby all his supporting docs back he submitted or did they keep them all?

They gave him back all the documents.
I had already included a letter in the original documents which was signed and stamped by my doctor stating i was pregnant at the time and how many weeks i was. I didn't want to fly as it's risky and it was my first pregnancy hence i didnt travel to pakistan when i was pregnant.

Hubby always calls on my landline, i use a telenor simcard in a seperate phone which he txts me on, i cant get a statement for that and dont know how to prove that he txts me on that apart from all the messages that are saved on there from 24th november this year

Also my mobile (giffgaff sim) i have the messages that I aent to him from 22nd october this year (again had to delete old messages as phone memory kept getting full)

did u get a data cable with your phine as there might be a way to download the messages within the memory if you search the bet based on model?

what about skpe of face book take screen shots?

I have so many facebook messages i dont even know what months to printscreen. We talk everyday on facebook you see.
Im not sure if i have a cable for my phone but will have a check.

Hmmm not sure maybe someone else can advise? Does the embassy have photocopies of all your original documents?

I am also phoning my fiancee every day on my lyca mobile sim so I DO NOT HAVE ANY CLEAR PROOF THAT I REALLY DID and am speaking to her.
the only proof that I have is the fact that I have a top up card.. but I could perhaps may be calling someone else...???

SO HOW DO I PROVE THAT I AM CONTACTING MY PARTNER??

please also note we DO not have facebook and we do NOT do text ...yes there are some emails...

I never call my husband as he always calls me because it is way cheaper for him (watching my spending as I have a baby now and as everyone knows babies are expensive!)

He can't even get a statement for that, I managed to get all my txts that i sent him onto my computer so can print that off, but he replies to my txts on a different mobile which i cant get those replies onto the computer..
