Did you not show that letter from home office where they have apologised when you applied for ILR ?

Iam not quite sure about how to advice using this 5 year hsmp route for ILR, better option is if sushdmehta or other moderators or seniors can help with it, or ask the immigration solicitor advice.

Hi Merry,

Can you please tell me which date you applied in the month of June? Just wanted to know whether June ten years ILR applicants are dealt by HO currently.

Thanks,
Bobby
