ILR due Need urgent help....

Hi Everyone
I am on tier 2 workpermit with same employer from last5 yrs.My ILR due in march .Due to my profession i was travling lot on business tours .According to new rules now how does 180 days out effects.If i calculate from from 2008 till 2013 i am out from country more then 530 days.But only one year is more then 180 days ,its 190 all togther but all were business trips for company and company is ready to provide supporting documents for that.My question is in these 190 days i have to include my annual hoildays as well ? can i still be able to get ilr ? or i have to wait for another year.

It would help if you provide the following:

Applying for ILR as: Tier 2 General Migrant
EC date: ?
Date of Entry: ?

Based on this you can then determine the date you become eligible to apply for ILR. Once you have this date, you can determine what your absences were for each consecutive 12 month periods counting back from that date. This will help you determine when you can satisfy the absence threshold requirement for ILR.

This page tells you when absences will not break continuity when calculating if the continuous period requirement has been met.
No more than 180 whole days absence are allowed in any of the five, two, three or four consecutive 12 month periods, preceding the date of the application for indefinite leave to remain (ILR).
The specified continuous period is counted backwards from the date of the ILR application. For example, if the date of application is 11 November 2012, the consecutive periods would be as follows:

Year 1: 11 November 2012 to 10 November 2011
Year 2: 11 November 2011 to 10 November 2010
Year 3: 11 November 2010 to 10 November 2009
Year 4: 11 November 2009 to 10 November 2008
Year 5: 11 November 2008 to 10 November 2007

Based on these dates you will become eligible to apply for ILR upto 28 days before 01-04-2013. I.e. 4 March 2013

Now as suggested you can determine whether your absences are within the allowed 180 day threshold for the following periods to establish whether you have broken the continuous residence requirement:

Year 1: 04 March 2013 to 03-March-2012
Year 2: 04 March 2012 to 03-March-2011
Year 3: 04 March 2011 to 03-March-2010
Year 4: 04 March 2010 to 03-March-2009
Year 5: 04 March 2009 to 03-March-2008

Do i need to add annual hoildays as well ? all weekends as well?

Include all days where you were absent from the UK (excluding the departure & arrival dates) irrespective of whether they were weekends or weekdays.

Hi Guru's
My 2 exit stamps are washed out cant read dates , i can read month and year little bit .What should i do ?
Now my question is
1). Do i have to put exact date in that month ?
2). Is it possible to get exit data from ukba ?
3). what if i put diff date which will not the exact date will they refuse my application ?
