Changes to PEO appointment

Can someone help please. I had initially booked for a PEO appointment for myself and 2 dependants. I want to remove one of my dependants from this application. Besides rescheduling online is there another way of doing this. Or could i just show up on my appointment day and tell them of the change.

Note that rescheduling, will only allow you to change the PEO, date & time of the appointment. But not the number of dependants.

Due to the difficulty in getting a new suitable appointment, rather than cancel and book again, I would try and call the UKBA helpline and ask them to change the number of dependants as required - this will give someone else a chance to take the appointment slot you release.

Email ApplyOnlineE-Support@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk to see if they can help. give them your appointment details (booking number, name, date, location, etc.)

Usually 3 working days for reply. This way you have something 'written' to show in case of complication/confusion.
