Franchise set up, what is acceptable as a service contract?

Post by Angel Angel » Tue Jan 01, 2013 1:26 am

Hi Everyone,
I am setting up as a Franchise, therefore all service contracts from main clients to Franchiser will then be as subcontracts to myself.

I am wondering if this will be seen as one contract between the Franchiser to Franchisee? If the Franchiser has for example one contract to service two different Boroughs, can there be a split as two different contracts for myself although coming from one source being the Franchiser.

Or in my case will one service contract do it?
Please any clarification will be certainly appreciated.
